You'll find all sorts of probably very boring things here.
Especially if they've fallen out of my very crowded & warped mind.
I'm in my thirties in the body. Probably alot less in the head.

Victorian style.
The past few months I've gutted my lounge. It's been such a big job! Such alot of work needed doing. It has been taken back to basics. I've rebuilt the chimney and now it has been reopened into a traditional victorian fireplace complete with real open fire. I've also built a new hearth and tiled that too.
Plastering has had to be done, new wood around the doors has had to be put on, dado rails fitted, new doors, new skirting. At the moment i'm putting the paper on the walls. It is oing to be in two colours. I've chosen a victorian pattern for the bottom which is going to be paited a dark red velvet, according to tin! The top above dado rail is a cream with a light gold stylised fleur de lys dotted every now and then. Then i've a matching border on top. There is a plaster ceiling rose to be put on the ceiling after the coving.
I've seen a few chanderlier lights I like in john lewis and homebase, B & Q and so on.
I will be glad when it's finished as it's so untidy and a mess! And I want to get my collection of nice cut crystal ornaments out the box & out on show again
. I love crystal, it's beautifully decadent!
I'm in hospital again tomorrow having a endometrial ablation done.
Hopefully I'll be out by the evening. If that doesn't work my next option is a hysterectomy. If they're not at one end
, they're at the other!

Mmmmmmm, remodeling, sounds like fun. I wish I could have a fireplace. Oh well, someday.
